That&#039;s what the recipe says and usually that&#039;s enough for my brownies, but your oven might require a little more time.  I test them to make sure they&#039;re not completely gooey inside before removing from the oven.  They should be moist but not gooey--how&#039;s that for technical advice?</description>

They seemed a little gooey, and I thought I completely undercooked them (and even through out the middle ones...oops!) - but maybe that&#039;s just how brownies are supposed to be?</description>
