    • Day 8 | Shadows. Sunset casting shadows on my second upside cake of the season. This one (from @doriegreenspan new “Everyday Dorie”) features pears on the top/bottom and Chinese Five Spice in the cake batter. Taking it to another work-out class holiday party (mine last week, MJ’s this week.) My mother is a fabulous baker but I don’t remember her baking upside down cakes. So they seem exotic to me even though they’re simple to make. #decemberreflections2018 #doriegreenspan
